Family Planning
We offer a full range of family planning options. Dr Hayes specialises in coil fitting, for other family planning services, including emergency contraception, you can make an appointment with any of the doctors. Please let the receptionist know if you need emergency contraception and we will try and fit you in as soon as possible. All of our staff have been trained in maintaining confidentiality.
We have a dedicated smear clinic twice a week with the nurse and these can be arranged outside of these times if required, please speak with the reception team about this .
Pregnancy (Antenatal Care)
You can self-refer for NHS pregnancy care via the below link to NHS maternity services so you can start your pregnancy care with a midwife.
Pregnancy care (also called antenatal care) is the care you have while you’re pregnant to help keep you and your baby as healthy as possible.
You do not usually need to see a GP however your midwifery team will liaise with your GP to ensure that they are aware of your pregnancy details and healthcare needs.
